Turning what you know into real-life wisdom isn't just about understanding things in your head. It's about feeling and living them deeply. This took me over 10 years to achieve.
Before you really 'get it', you might feel like a fake, stressed, stuck, unhappy, and worst of all, you might burn out. You could end up less productive, have trouble in relationships, and start wondering who you are and what you're doing.
Your dreams are big, but you find yourself stuck doing small tasks or trying to fix yourself. You want to really connect with yourself and make a difference in others' lives.
But inside, something feels empty. You might try to fill this emptiness with more work or get caught up in dramas for distraction. You may have tried therapy or coaching before, learning a lot about yourself, even figuring out how your past shapes you.
If you're ready to not just know change but really feel it, somatic work might be what you need. This includes things like breathing exercises, tapping, EMDR, moving freely, singing, dancing, and doing creative theater.
